Ok, first of all Happy New Year to eveyone! (better late than never )
So, today I got some great news. Last year, somewhere between term papers and snow fights, I entered a school photo contest. Topic? Landscapes and cityscapes. I submited some of my work, just for the fun of it, not actually expecting to win anything, as I knew what kind of competition I was up against.
At noon, as I was wondering through the hallways of my beloved highschool, I couldn't help but notice a new entry at our local announcement board which read "Photo competitions results". "1st Place... Sabina Munteanu. Of course she won, she's JUST the best in our school and has ONLY a Nikon D80. 2nd place... Victor Roman. Not the least bit surprised. 3rd place...SAY WHAT? ... "
Yes, I won the 3rd place. And yes, I am very proud of myself . Even though the only thing I'll get is a piece of paper and I didn't win 1st, it actually means a lot to me .

ok, so i ran out of ideas for good books to read. with all the moist around the country, i don't really feel like socialising and i kinda started doing a lot of catching up with my reading. so if any of you got any suggestions of something really really good to read, let me know please!
